  • I'm SWOLL!! Did my 105. Some holding 15lbs dumbells on my back. I found an empty bar and practiced form with a barbell (not a real barbell, one of the super light ones they uses in classes). Also did 30 45 degree push-ups. Need my arms to be big and strong too!!
