  • you said you've been at it about a month. Hopefully not TMI, but I get major binge urges about a week to a few days before my period. My hormones go crazy, I get depressed and angry etc etc. Just a thought. I up my cals a little so I don't "feel deprived" :)

  • I found I had better results when I eat soon after a workout. Even if it's a snack like an egg or nuts - whatever. I also find that having a snack pre-workout 1-1.5 hours before helps too. Whatever makes you feel good :)

Previously I had one plastic bag that served as Prime Bag Holder and I stuffed it's litte guts out! Then I took it to the bag recycing bin.

  • This is good advice. Personally I do 1200-1300 and am fine as long as I make healthy choices. It's a learning process. I'm also pretty small: Many people do need to consume more than 1200. The Road map post is helpful and "eating more to lose more" is worth a try!
