No, but wishing I was Irish count? :) I was just there for a week in October and loved it!

I think stress does crazy things to our body and the older we get the more sensitive we are to it. Sometimes we're stressed even if we don't know it. Our body internalizes a lot of things. If you don't get it soon, I'd go to the Dr otherwise you'll worry even more.

Thanks. This thread explains a lot. I couldn't figure out why pilates and yoga had such low calorie burn numbers.

You look great! Congrats!

You should be fine as long as you watch your portion size. Thai food will be fresh and full of veggies, just watch the carb intake from rice and noodles. In Spain watch the potatoes (tortilla-potato omelette), mayo, fried foods, condensed milk and desserts (they are so good).

Wow! Inspirational. I'm going to do some sit ups as soon as I get off the computer! I tried Zumba and it kicked my butt! I thought it was great. I remember thinking the instructor rocked to be able to do all that and still speak. I was glad I brought a towel to class.

Wow! Now you're the inspiration to others! You look great! I'm just starting any good tips? Favorite exercises? Namaste.

After a false start, where I gained the few pounds I lost back, I'm now tracking everyday. I'm in my first week. Any tips? I have to see an ex in a month and would like to look fabulous.

Great info and examples. I'll definitely remember this after my next work out. Thanks!

It does help. Thanks! If anyone has been keeping track of the real calorie burn for Bikram please let us know.

I've heard 900 per 90 min session, which seems a bit high. I heard spinning runs 300-600 per hr. I wish search would give more yoga options. At least differentiate between Bikram/hot yoga and hatha or ashtanga.
