All of you please feel free to add me! You can never have too much support :)

How tall are you? 104-140 is quite a low weight range!

I'm Melissa. I'm 5"7 and I've got around 15lbs left to lose. I'm starting the 30day squat challenge on the 1st May :)
-
Ooh could you send me the arm leg and stomach work outs please? :)
-
Hugs. Just massive hugs for all of you

Oh dear. I get the OP' s point but maybe it could have been worded better? Not all curvy people are obese but I can see why some people may be annoyed when someone that clearly has a weight problem says "oh I'm just big boned/curvy"

Reflection over week 1: I started off the week quite badly and have written off Monday and Tuesday completely :embarassed: Wednesday was my turning point when I realised that nothing will change if I carry on the way I was going! I finally think I have managed to get on track and stop snacking on rubbish in between meals.…

Maybe if you can't eat in the morning/afternoon make yourself a great fruit smoothie/skimmed-milk shake? That might help avoid putting your body into starvation and may help speed up your metabolism.

Do they have a pasta/salad menu? They must have a healthy option somewhere? Best of luck

What does the 30day squat challenge actually entail?
-
I'm also 5"7 and when I started I needed to lose 40-50lbs also. The calories your being advised to eat cannot be right! 1100 would definitely be under your BMR! I am on 1660 calories a day and the weight is coming off steadily. I try and stay easy from food with high sugar and fat contents and make sure my plate is always…

I'm finding my last 10-15lbs really hard to shift. I find that mixing up my diet/exercise routine help keep me motivated. Maybe you could have a look for some New recipes or try something new at the gym?
-
I've not tried either yet. I was going to start the 30 ds next month. How did you find it? Did you get the results you where after?
-
I was looking to start this. Interested in what people have to say about it.
-
What I was going to say.

If tracking is what is keeping you on target then keep at it. If you think you'll be okay then stop and see what happens. Stopping doesn't mean you can never track again. If you feel yourself slipping then get back to daily calorie counting. It's all about what works for you

So much negativity. I thought we were all here to support each other?
-
That's brilliant! Keep up the great work.

I binge, a lot. I have found that I can't let myself get too hungry because once I get to that point I eat anything and everything in arms reach until I feel sick :/ I have to make sure that I start cooking lunch/dinner before I'm hungry to avoid binging. What's done is done, you just need to focus on what's next and takes…

You log off on your computer (after hours of being on it) and immediately log onto your phone/android. A lot can happen in 5 seconds!

1 and 4. Jason... mmmmmmmmmm

I eat 1600-1800cals a day. Any less than that and I binge on *kitten* and give up :/

Wow well done! I've lost 31lbs so far and still have 15 to go. I don't have any progress pictures (I've managed to avoid cameras for the most part!) How hard are you finding it to shift these last few pounds? I seem to have lost my motivation!
