No kidding! Eat a piece of cake one day and it takes two or three days to get rid of it. I feel for ya. I'm stuck right now and haven't been able to lose anything for a while. I've sort of fallen off the wagon though, need to get back on and stick to it! We're all fighting the good fight. :smile:

Try veggies or fruit as a snack instead. To make them more appealing, try putting them in portion-controlled containers.
