Ive just finished the whole 30 days ....... and OMG if i had started with 5lb weights I wouldn't have made 2 minutes the firt day. You did great by hitting 10 mins with those weights. every day gets easier I couldn't do more than 6 jumping jacks at a time when I started now I can do all sets including those in level 3 with…

Hi I started a couple of weeks ago and I have over 80lb's to lose. I bought a digital scale really regreat it as keep juping on and off each day and not getting acurate reading. I'll add you we can do this :)

Great question.. I need to know too. I am on day 6 of 30 day S and am a size 40 E. I don't know how i haven't got two black eyes yet!!! the jumping jacks are seriously dangerous right now. Am in UK so any Uk stockists would be great.
