Have at least 1 glass of water to every Pepsi you have - then make it 2 glasses of water for every Pepsi. You can also get lots of carbonated waters as well - just watch the sugar and salt in them. Personally I would think 1300 is way too few calories if you are supposed to eat 1800. You want to keep up your metabolism and it will slow down- if you eat too few calories. You may want to read The Plant Paradox by Steven Gundry many of these foods that we think of being super healthy- are not including Quinoa and lentils. They really bother the good bacteria in our gut. I would be worried that you could develop stomach problems with eating that much.
