I think I will do Ripped in 30 then after that I will move on to either the Body Revolution OR I will move on to Insanity if I'm ready by then. Right now I'm doing the Shred with C25K program.

Even weekends I'm doing it early so I don't have any time to talk myself out of it. I just get up get the clothes on and shred away. Makes me less tired for the day for sure.

I have done it at all times, however I've found lately that my best time to work out is first thing in the morning at 6am. It gives my brain no time to say no, and I get up get the clothes on and do it! I tried after work in mid afternoon and I had to push myself so hard to do it and not talk myself out of just skipping…

Awesome! I just did L1 day 2 today and plan to finish all the way to 30 no breaks. I took pics and measurements and plan to measure and take pics every 10 day. You look great! Keep it up!

For me I try to write out my grocery list before I go there. Make sure I have eaten and full when I get to the store that way I'm not tempted by junk because I'm too full for anything to sound good.
