Great results! I have done MOST of what you have. I make sure to drink at least 100 oz of water a day. I did cut out fast food, and bad for me foods for now and mostly all sugar however I do use instant oatmeal because it's the only way I'll eat it(flavored). I'm sure this has already said but please get your thyroid checked. My mother works her butt off every time she tries to lose and I understand getting discouraged by not seeing the move in the scale. Lol I am convinced if you can get 10 days in and see some results nothing will stop you if you really want it. I have a huge love hate relationship with Jillian but in the end she is the only person on the DVDs I can see results with(minus Shawn t but I plan to tackle the insanity monster when I'm back from my trip lol)

I was VERY sore after yesterday(day 2 level 2) but I woke up today and forced myself to do it anyway and still a bit sore but it will end like in the beginning just the body changing. Good luck!!

This is definitely the one work out I can keep up with and enjoy honestly(ok maybe not while I do the video...I'll admit I curse her out when I'm in pain LOL but love her at the end!) I plan to finish every day til April 29th (day 30) then I will be starting 2 full rounds of ripped in 30 before my trip in July!!! :)

I do it 30 days non stop because if I take a rest day I will take more than one and honestly I know myself that ill maybe quit and lose motivation. So I just wake up every day get my work out clothes on and do it. Today is Level 2 Day 2 (day 12) so I'm almost done! Good luck and feel free to add me if you want some support.

I just finished Level 1 Day 10. Start Level 2 tomorrow! Almost half way there! I will be doing 2 rounds of ripped in 30 when I'm done with this one too. I'll be finished April 29th and plan to take only 2 days off and start in with it again with the Ripped in 30!
