actually, it is very healthy.....I am restricting my calorie intake to 1300 calories a day...and exercising my butt off...i also do a meal replacement shake for breakfast....i am actually getting an ample amount of calories, because my work outs usually consist of 300+ calories burned which really is me eating 1600…
