  • I've lost another 1.3lb so I'm 8.1lb down so far... only another 21.9lb to meet my Christmas goal

  • All I can tell you is that I'm experiencing the same thing so it must be common (I've only been on here for about 2.5 weeks).   • I've never heard of banana and mayo sarnies (I'm from the UK) and have to say it doesn't appeal at all!! I haven't had a banana sandwich for years but as a child I used to love it sliced and with a teaspoon of sugar over it (for the crunch) on white bread with a scraping of butter.
  • I log each thing individually. If you're making it for 4 then weigh everything and divide it by 4 and then enter it into the food diary. It takes a while to do it but its worth it.
