I try to go workout at the gym during cardio and weights. When I can't make it I have workout dvds that I use. ( THE FIRM, BIGGEST LOSER, TAE BO, HIP HOP ABS) I have alot of dvds :laugh: :drinker:

I use exercises dvds, also if you get Fit Tv they have different workout program everday. Good luck:smile:

I'm 53 will be 54 in July. I have 5 lb lost by working out and eating right. I got serious about losing the weight when my doctor said that my blood pressure was high and I had to start taking med to control it.
