Hello lovely pin ups! I haven't lost anything this week. I was expecting that anyway because I had a very unhealthy weekend at a hen do. I aim this week to eat plenty of fruit and veg, knock back plenty of water and exercise more!! Erinup- Wow you did an 8 hour mountain bike race! That's awesome!

I have made really yummy lentil soup! I cooked the lentils in vegetable stock for about 30 mins, added carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, basil and oregano. It's really filling and lasts for ages :) http://www.happycow.net/recipes.php?id=169

As the others have said, yoga! Definately try this! I started again yesterday and already feel tonnes more flexible and it's just generally uplifting :)
