Good plan. Everyone's welcome to add me :) I'm not starting today because I've totally messed up my sleeping pattern and need to get back into it. Sooo, I'm gonna do some bedtime yoga, drink some chamomile tea and try to get to bed at a decent time ^-^

Hmmm, I'm not sure how to describe the taste. It's not sweet but you can add lemon to it. I hear it's really good for boosting metabolism

Hi, I took a look at your food diary and saw that you just had coffee in the morning. It's really important to eat breakfast everyday as that kick starts your metabolism. Hope this helps :)

There used to be an ad campaign where I'm from saying that walking a brisk mile uses up the same amount of calories as jogging a mile. It might take longer but it's the same, just as long as your heart rate is up :)

Ooh that's a good one. Must try that! Rage Against The Machine are great for getting that burst of energy. Thunderstruck by AC/DC, A.S.I.W.Y.F.A., Daft Punk, The Prodigy, some of the faster Nirvana songs.... Hm, I think I might make a playlist now :)

You can reach that amount if you want. I think it's there as a guide to show what your body burns in a day (I think). My calorie total is usually under. Hope that helps :)
