  • To prevent recommend wearing two pairs of socks and applying vaseline to feet. A good pedicure to smooth feet always a good move. If you still get blisters, apply blister plasters - they act like a second skin but also draw the fluid out of the blister. Great thing is you can still walk. I walked 15 miles two weekends ago…

  • Keep going. I find the 6 week mark is the best when you and others start to notice you are losing the inches and looking healthier. Eat less and move more...and don't compare yourself to anyone else. Good Luck! 16 pounds lost since 11th Jan.

  • I am afraid there are no healthy desserts. I recommend a little of what you fancy once a week. Then it is really a treat;-) Enjoy that cupcake, just don't eat so many of them....
