You can do it. I have daughters older and younger than you, and I am working on losing weight so as to be around longer for them. Just remember to have realistic goals, and work on it little by little. And remember that there is no shame in asking for help - asking shows character. Here's to your health! Have a GREAT day!

I have lost weight in the past, and have gained it back. I started up again about a month ago and am logging and trying to eat right. Soon I will be getting back on the light exercise routine, and then hopefully a little more and a little more. If you would like, send a friend request. Have a GREAT day!

started AGAIN a few weeks ago at 293. Down to 288. Little by little the weight goes away. Log your food, do some exercise, and realize that life is not like what you see on TV (losing 10-15 lbs per week). You can do it!

I have done this program in the past. I lost about 50 pounds and then quit the program and gained most of it back. Have to lose the weight (Type 2 Diabetes). I need to be around for my 5 daughters and my wife of 25 years. Please feel free to add me. Always more fun and motivational when you are talking to others.
