I am exactly the same!! I go to the gym 5 times a week and have no trouble doing 9 classes during those visits. But lately i have been awful with my food. I only log on here to keep my daily log in numbers running. My head is not with it at the moment. Please someone give me some motivational food help!!!!!! :cry:

That's what I thought too! I think sometimes the people who put these seeds of doubt in my head are talking out of their backsides and dont really know as much as they think they do.

Some great advice on here, thanks guys. Just to reiterate tho, I would not use any energy based drinks (e.g. Red Bull) for working out. We all fall off the wagon at times so dont be too hard on yourself. If you have a smart phone there is an app that you can download so that you can log your foods on the go. Hi Beanie :) It all depends on what exercise i am doing as to how many calories i burn! Generally if I'm doing an hour's Body Pump class I will burn between 350 and 400 calories, but if I do cardio before I do Pump, it will be more. For instance sometimes I do a step class for an hour before Pump and I will burn anywhere…

My motivation comes from the fact that if i dont go to the gym, my gym buddy mate will be *****ing about me being lazy to one of the other girls........ !! That's enough to get my bum off the sofa!!

My Shock Absorber works wonders for me (last measurement was a 40D a few months ago) but i also double up my support and stick a sports bra crop top type thing over the top too. Now nothing moves when i jump!!

Have you guys only just got Magnums over there?? We've had them here in the UK for years and oh my days, they are truly to die for! My all time favourite EVER is the white chocolate one. I could eat a whole box of 3 all at once! I <3 Magnums! :love:
