Today I did a Body Pump Class. I burned 393 calories. My workout plan for 2013 is to do more additional spin classes as my fella and I are signing ourselves up for loads of cyclo-sportives this year so I will need the extra training when i cannot get out on my bike!! Bring it on!!

Yes I think so! When i have extensions they are normally a little longer than my real ones and those dont look very long so I *think* they are mine! lol

When you programme the bikes to pick up your chest strap, you must first input your age, weight and RHR. Would this make the spin bike more accurate or less accurate?

If the spin bike is programmed with my hrm transmitter the I would say it IS getting my calorie readings from my heart rate. That is why I was so confused as to my hrm reading and the bike reading. :)

I'm 44 and have had the same "problem" ever since i can remember, even as a child. In my case it deffo wasn't down to my age!! :laugh:

My me time is also at the gym. I have lots of friends there so always get to have a laugh during class. The best part tho is when we sit in the gym lounge after for a coffee and a fab chat/more laughing.:laugh: :love:

Hmmm, i could go for the wraps with the leafs, I suppose. I guess i will just have to be more organised and start cooking some chicken the night before when i'm cooking my dinner so that i can have it cold the next day for lunch.
