I finished the Program last Week. I Did slack off weeks 10 - 12 and I didn't follow the diet plan. My goal was to lose 12 pounds by the end of the program. My starting weight was 168 and as of today I weight 158 Pound. So I Lost 10 Pounds with the BR. I got as low as 157 but I'll just call it at 158. This week I start T25…
