  • I like to use different spice blends then just throw it in a pan and saute. Try rosemary, garlic and lemon juice or cilantro, cumin and lime. Then I put it on top of some brown rice or quinoa with some steamed veggies. You can use the citrus on the veggies also to give them more flavor without adding a bunch of salt.
  • I have the same problem having extra calories at the end of the day. I started adding just a little bit more to each of my meals and it is working out much better for me. Especially adding fruits, nuts and nut butters have helped.
  • I think you just need to keep track of why you want to lose. Put up some baby pics, whenever you go to put something in your mouth think of giggles and smiles of that child you want. • Just started again on the 10th. This seems to be the only thing that works for me. I am 55, 56 in august. I have several minor illnesses that add up to me having trouble going outside and exercising. Aches and pains, you know what I mean. I have lost 11 lbs so far and I have a goal of 80 more. Would love to be in shape…
  • My first MIL came to my house to visit. She rearranged my kitchen to suit her better, insisted on cooking dinner which was awful and I caught her going through my drawers in my bedroom. I sent her home quickly.
  • Last year I picked up trash anywhere I saw it. This year I think I will do something kind for people.
