I've been wanting to try the C25K program for the longest time. I can barely run a minute without getting winded. I really want to run a 5K this summer. Forgot to add that its great you have set a goal for yourself! The support here is amazing.

With anything I do I don't really notice the difference. Most of my fat is in my stomach. I'm starting the 30DS on Saturday, here's to hopes I'll notice something! Everyone should post their healthy or clean eating recipes from Pinterest here! I'm constantly looking for new recipes to try out at home. We use a lot of turkey and chicken, and have been adding in veggies. Before my weight loss started, I LOVED the spaghetti bread.

Just keep pushing through. I've heard the 3rd and 4th days are so much better then the first two. It'll get easier, as with most work outs. The more you practice the better you'll be! =) I haven't started myself yet. Waiting on my DVD to get here so I can!

I'm pretty similar to you. I'm 5'9" and started off at 255ish. I'm at 243 at the moment, with an ultimate goal of 160. Large-framed.

I have my ears pierced and three tattoos, two of which I got done yesterday! One is a cover-up on my ribs and the other is one my foot. My third tattoo is on my back.

You could try adding in more walks during the day. I live in the country so this is hard for me to do, but when I run errands in town I try to walk to most places. And maybe lower your calorie intake to 1600 a day. Even the smallest amount helps. -Wen

I can see the difference! Clothing makes a world of difference in how other people see you as well. I'm pretty excited to get started on the shred workout. Waiting for it to arrive in the mail!

I'm joining the group as well! I'm in a wedding in October as maid of honor and want to loose about 25 pounds before then. I have some friends who work out with me but they don't seem as serious about it as I do, so I decided to join an online group. This seems do-able.
