My biggest problem is motivation. I need someone telling me what to do. I just can't get compelled with YouTube videos... I am going to bit the bullet and try a wello trainer. I will let you know who I book!

Thank you for the rec. ncage. I actually bought Insanity and hated it! It was way too hard for me and I hurt my knee doing it... I have had several friends say they hurt their backs doing PX90. Did this happen to you at all?

Are you a kettle bell trainer? What workout do you follow? I notice that Wello has kettle bell trainers - have you tried this?
