I don't ..... only because I have gone to 2 different dietitian/nutritionist, and they both gave me the same number to stay under, They told me not to eat back, but I do think everyone is different. Try both ways and see what works better for you.

Agreed !! When I first started, I didn't know what NSV was, and when I asked, some people straight ignored me ! Lol !

I have had my Mirena for almost 5 years now ! And I LOVE it, I have had no problems over the years, I do remember having heavy bleeding the first couple of weeks, but then after that it’s been smooth sailing ! I almost never have a period, and If I do it lasts for like 1 day and then it’s gone. I will defiantly have it…

Oh yes, I use the Egg whites in the carton, very low cal, and use some vegies, like diced bell peppers, and a little cheese, hot sause, super yummy !! :love:

True....everyone is a little different, for me I am 5ft 9in, so it takes me about 20 lbs
