If I don't have any leftovers from the night before, I like packing a wrap or even better a pita. Make the warp or pita at home and add fresh veggies, your protein and a small amount of dressing and done! Delicious and surprisingly neither gets soggy!

Don't feel self-conscious going to the gym! Everyone there is trying to achieve the same things you are! Try going to a womens only gym if you aren't comfortable working out around men. I always bring mid-day snacks with me to work. It definitely helps me from overeating at lunch or going to the vending machine when I can't wait for lunch.
