Pork rinds, beef/turkey jerky, greek yogurt and cottage cheese are all things I like to snack on and to help reach my protein goals. I like to mix vanilla greek yogurt with chocolate flavored protein powder for a good protein boost in the morning. Its comes out to about 220 calories and 37 grams of protein.

I think it depends on what kind of sick and what kind of exercise. If you are vomiting etc, just rest. If you have chest congestion from your cold you probably shouldn't be doing much cardio. Really if you are sick you should probably just rest in my opinion.

I would think the quality of what you are eating is more important than the label of the place you are getting your food from. If you are getting salads from McDonalds and eating A crap ton of french fries, delicious greasy burgers and gallons of soda made at home, which do you think is more likely to affect your weight?

I'm not too worried about it. I can scare most men away pretty easily. If they aren't put off by my disregard for social niceties I can just pretend to be a stage 5 clinger and watch them scurry off.

If I'm just running to the store or something quick I just grab my keys phone ID and debit card. That's also all I take if I am going out to a bar. I would say that depends on how much beer you drank. Gotta balance out all that protein with some proper carbs.

That may be why women are less inclined to compliment. They may want to be nice, but not have the guy read too much into it.

This is not completely true. I compliment guys if they have something that stands out about them, like a great shirt or a dapper mustache. I think I'm going to make it a point to randomly compliment guys more often.

I have an irrational fear of fish, worms and snakes. However, I love going fishing, I just can't touch them and I touched a snake last week to show my kid it was okay for him to do it. Yay progress.

I like bigger guys. I prefer it be muscle, but I have never turned down a guy just because he was "husky." If a guy has a great sense of humor and confidence it doesn't really matter what his body type is.

I have never understood why people feel the need to pretend to like people, even family. Many people in my family know I don't like them. I make no bones about it.
