Don't be discouraged! It was mentioned on a different post, that your true weight (the most accurate) is first thing in the morning. I could definitely use this post now! I have been working out regularly, watching my diet, getting more out of my workouts (working harder), and have gained weight. I realize that muscle weighs more than fat, but it's so discouraging to be moving up instead of down. Ugh.
