I love it! Now... I will say (for me) there was a big difference in doing them at a gym with other people and doing them at home. Both are basically the same workout, but at the gym ... I don't know... it seemed like it made me work harder.

Hi all! I'm a 37 year old mom of 6 (2-20). I'm married to a coach who is my best friend. I'm in grad school. I am a teacher at a high-risk, low-income school and I drive 45 minutes each way to get there. I am up at 7 to get everyone ready and try to be in bed by 10. I was recently diagnosed with Hypothyroidism so I am…

also some quick things that are relatively inexpensive are: Jillian michaels (although I am not particularly a fan of her) 30 day shred Shawn T has a fast and furious 20 minute insanity And actually I've found several similar videos online for free. I can't remember the names right now, but they email them to me...

These have been my options, and I have rotated depending on what worked for me at the time: Work out first thing in the AM, but that means I have to go to sleep early. Work out right before bedtime, but I usually fall asleep putting my son to sleep. Work out during my lunch hour. Work out AS SOON AS I GET HOME FROM WORK,…

a couple things....SOMETIMES work for me... Drink a gallon (exaggerating slightly) of water before I take a bit of anything when i'm feeling like that. Post on MFP. Chew some gum. Do some pushups/situps, etc. Commit to waiting until after my workout to snack. Sometimes when I'm done I don't want it so bad anymore. Now...…

Something I've found helpful is trying to cook for at least a few days on Sunday. I'll cook lasagna, spaghetti, chili, stuff that will actually be good heated/reheated. Fajitas are relatively easy. Just through them in the oven for 20 minutes, have the kids watch spongebob and hop on the treadmill. At the end of 20 minutes…

I'm witcha! I'm married to a coach. I'm a teacher with a 45min commute each way. We have 6 kids and I'm in grad school. I try to work out AS SOON as I get home. One thing that has helped is I will cook several meals on Sunday so we just have to heat. While it's heating, I can hit the treadmill. Um... the Jillian 30 day…

we're goin to razoos and having some shrimp :) But we're doing it tonight b/c he hates feeling obligated to do something for Vday and I hate crowds. That way we can call it date night and compromise ;)

That's always nice :) Track meets are tough, though ,they last ALLLL day. I try to be supportive as much as possible.... but track meets, I just make an appearance. All I can think is... "I have so much to do at home". At least football or basketball games only take a couple hours. TRACK IS ALLL DAAAAYYYY...

Hey :) Hubby and I started training for a marathon, but got sick and then got sick and then got sick, so we downgraded to a half marathon. I'm 5'2 on a good day and currently at about 154. I want to be at 135ish. That would be good for me. I am also in grad school and a full time teacher on top of my 6 kids and being…

I love Lecrae :) He has lots of awesome stuff. His first song that I heard was Jesus Music. My husband is a musician so I turned him on to Lecrae....
-
Ok... not that I feel the need to defend myself, but I do listen to the edited version. And if you know that song, it basically talks about going until your legs collapse and you can't go anymore.... So.... As my mom says, "Take what you want and leave the rest....."
