Starting over
So I'm tired of starting over. Let's just adjust. I'm 41. Married. 6 kids. 4 half marathons 20 5ks under my belt but weight loss has become a dimmer switch where it once was an off and on switch.

Jogging v hiit?
Can someone help? I'm having issues reconciling jogging v hiit. If i jog 2.5 miles in 30 min i burn ~300 cals. Turbofire/insanity for 30 min burns 181-240 cals. Why is the hiit supposedly better?

Shorties (5'3 and under) where do you gain your weight?
My weight is always predominantly in my tummy to the point where I look pregnant. Now, yes, I gain weight all over, but the bulk of it is belly. Is that a shorty thing? Or do you gain your weight elsewhere?
