Hey all! Im in week 4 of BFL. I've done it previously, but stopped at week 9. I am determined to finish and maintain. I am doing Combat HIIT for my cardio days and love it. I recently found another set of HIIT through LiveStrong that I think I"ll try on my Saturday cardio days.

Oh yeah! I'm a 37 year old mom of 6 married to a coach. I am a teacher but will begin counseling next year (woohooo). Um... I'm 5'2. Stepped on the scale at 145 today WHOOOHOOOO (down from 162).

    Welcome and good luck in your journey. I have been doing bfl for several years and have found it to be best for me.
