Yeah... even after my first (where I was 105lbs afterwards) I had a tummy.... Doesn't seem fair...Waaaaaaa.... First I have to shop in the 3 stores that have "short" sizes... and then the tummy? Shakin my head..... :D

bloodwork came back in the normal range. But she wants to re-check me in 3 months and if it's at the same level she wants to up my dose then.

did the second one and I LOVED IT! It has a lot of the stuff from Insanity that is hard for me to do, but they do it differently so I'm able to do it. But, it was fun ;)

not exactly starting up.... but I'm doing a lot of the Combat as my cardio in my Body For Life (3 days weights, 3 days cardio). So far the one that kicked my butt is the HIIT. I did the first and will try the second today.

are you doing them back to back days? Sometimes my body doesn't respond as well if they are back to back runs... even in my half marathon training i only did 2 days in a row.

I have to agree. Showing up underdressed (or overdressed for that matter) anywhere is uncomfortable. I went to an outdoor function at hubby's new coaching staff's house, and uh... let's just say everyone else was more conservative than I and i was uneasy.

I've been doing all 3 :) I'm doing Body For Life which is weights 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week. I got a Costco card and bought a 24 pack of 1 liters for $5, and am going through AT LEAST 2 a day.

Before MFP, I never "thought" about what I ate. I ate when I was hungry, and after a long run just figured I deserved that big plate of shrimp Alfredo and my 2 margaritas. Now... since I'm tracking I have to be aware of what I eat. HUGE reevaluations...
