Just did d1 l1 today of shred. It has been about 6 weeks since I last did it... YIKES! But I guess shaky arms and sweat are a good thing. My goal is to finish this time! I know if I finish all the other stuff like weight and inches will follow with-out beating myself up over a specific weight goal.

Please do not get a hysterectomy! That is an old school way to deal with PCOS. You have a hormonal imbalance and having a hysterectomy would make it even worse. This is very encouraging. I actually did level 2 once and went back to level one because I was thinking I wasn't ready. But reading this I think I am going to keep doing it, even if I can't do every single one.

That's' great! I need to focus on the small victories other then scale numbers as well. I have low thyroid and very low levels of progesterone which are making it difficult but I am trying to be positive and your post is a great reminder! Thanks!

I will blame it on " that time of the month." But I will say even just doing it a week I do feel better and not so tired all day long like I did before! Think I will try to leave a cushion of 300 calories instead of eating them all back...

Cut dairy and drink a lot of water. Just remember to add a lot of vegetables containing calcium. Also see a dermatologist, you might just need a different type of cleanser.

My info is there but will have to do measurements tomorrow. Just finished today's shred and read somewhere not to measure after a workout. Now will attempt to walk/wobble down some stairs

Thanks for setting this up so fast! I have had the dvd for over a year (along with Insanity) and have not done either one. Maybe I thought I would lose weight by looking at it? :)
