Vegan here. :) Just on here to maintain my weight and micro-manage my diet to make sure I'm covering all my bases nutritionally. When I'm lazy my vegan lifestyle just leads to a diet full of fat and carbs! MFP is a phenomenal tool for keeping track of diet and exercise.

The more calories you have left over at the end of the day the more weight you're going to lose, so if anything you should be happy that you managed to get through the day with a lower intake. Eating something now just for the sake of eating will just put you that many calories further from your goal. Just think about it.
