My goal is an hour a day. But usually I spend 40 minutes walk/running and add some weight training, pilates or other toning exercises later in the day for 30 minutes to an hour.

I can't believe this is on the board today. I have this same problem and was online researching the issue. I had assumed it but confirmed it today that sugar from fruits is OK unless you have other health issues. I do watch my carbs and eat fruits with lower sugar. Thanks everyone for all the input.

When I am idol, I snack. My favorite low cal are almonds and air popped corn. I think I am going to add the PB Cheerios.

I drink: 2 cups green tea 4 cups half cap/decaf coffee 13 - 16 cups of water (note cups not glasses which vary in size) - this includes water during work outs I am still in the bathroom alot.

Jeda, I am definately not the expert and I feel your pain. I do believe you have all the tools you need at your disposal on Myfitnesspal to get that weight off.
