I started with a 3/5/8 set; then purchased 10s, then 12s; I am now using typically 10/12/15 and sometimes 18 on some back exercises. And honey, it does not get easier! Again, you look fantastic...great results.

The 30 Day Shred is a great workout...there is also Ripped in 30 for a more challenging routine. I've reached all of my goals with only Jillian Michaels DVDs...60 pounds, 47 inches, size 18 to 6. Good luck with your goals!

You guys are going to LOVE it! I've done it three times--upping the weights each time--and right now I am doing a "lightning" round...six weeks instead of 12! My results have been fantastic and if you stick with it, you will love the results! Be sure to measure before starting and measure every two weeks! Good luck!!!

Yes...I discovered this...you have to check the macros when you add the food to your diary...it is mostly supplied by us and may not be perfect. Good luck with your goals!

I'm a big fan of Jillian Michaels' circuit training videos. Those are the only videos I've used and I don't think anyone would say I was flabby :-) I started with the 30 Day Shred and moved through her videos from there. I do this! I grocery shop on Saturday and cook on Sunday morning. I cook and prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for the entire week. A woman alone, carrying a baby and groceries, could not find her debit card in the grocery store. She said she lived far away and couldn't come right back. The bagger was about to take her milk and eggs back to the dairy department when I told him I would pay for them. She could not go home without milk!

I've been eating at a deficit...and my muscles look pretty fantastic, IMO. You don't want to look like Arnold or any bodybuilder, right? You just want your muscles to show and lose excess fat. Get your protein in and add weight training. You will be pleased with your body. Good luck!

Great job and congratulations! I've been feeling the same way lately...I want to tighten up...but I feel so good, not sure if the extra work and attention to diet is worth it! I'm in better shape than in my 20s and not sure what more I would like to do!

I love cheese. Would never cut out cheese! Protein, calcium, great taste. Moderation is the key!
