When I did the Shred, I did 30 days straight, except, taking one rest day, between the levels...lost 12 pounds, and 22 inches (I was 50 at the time). Fives are good, but try 8s for any back and shoulder moves. While rest days are important, the way this workout is laid out and the light weights used, unless your body is…

50 is a fabulous time to make fantastic decisions! Good luck!!!

These were awesome!!! Best line ever "but everyone within a 10 meter radius gets diabetes"...true story. I've eaten an entire cake over the weekend--saving one slice each for the two doormen at my building. (lol, at least I didn't eat it all!) Yum.

Weighted warrior for sure (but I feel like a BEAST afterwards) and those darned Wheel push-ups!!! Enjoy!

I would pre-order in a heartbeat! A sequel!

Hard, freakin' work!

I love NMTZ! It is a great overall body weight program. But, like someone else mentioned, I would also perform additional cardio. As to your midsection, any fat burning and of course, great nutrition, will help with that. As to defining that six pack, I enjoy both Killer Abs and 6 Week 6 Pack. The benefit of 6W6P is the…

You are young and your skin has a lot of elasticity. Usually, with a slower, more gradual weight loss, it's easier for your skin elasticity to sort of snap back into place, shrinking back down as the fat is lost. But when too much is lost too fast, the skin’s elasticity doesn’t have time to catch up. Make sure you keep…

Make sure you log everything and be honest with yourself. I have special meals on both Saturday and Sunday; and my results have not suffered. I love McDonalds, pizza and cake w/ cream cheese frosting :-). Most of us would not be able to (or want to!) live without some of our favorites for the rest of our lives, so it is…

I'm on the Gamma cycle of T25 and considering P90x3 afterwards. My only concern is the pull up work...is there an alternative? I live in a loft--only two doorways...the outside and the bathroom (which is in an awkward place and not situated for a workout). Do you like it?
-
I started the Gamma round this week and so far so good. I do not do Speed 3.0 (Burpees + my wrist don't get along!)...but, I supplement with a few cardio workouts at the gym. I plan to do the hybrid after 4 weeks of this. Good luck & enjoy!

When you turn 21, you may want to try one of my favorite reds...Apothic Red! It is a blend of Merlot, Syrah, Cab and Zinfandel. Nice on the tongue.

Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain Oatmeal--Delicious!!! Tastes fantastic with just plain butter, makes a great French toast and I actually just made an awesome grilled cheese with it. High fiber too! Enjoy!

Congrats on your 20 pound loss! I do it and have went from a 24 to a 6...no deprivation here! Enjoy what works for you and just make sure, like you said, you hop right back on your plan!

You look fantastic! Keep up the great work!

Hi! MFP is set up so that you eat back your exercise calories in order to meet your needs. I always eat back at least half. But, don't deprive yourself or you will be unhappy (and hungry!!!). Good luck with your goals!

Ditto!

I started my weight loss journey with the 30DS. In the 30 days, I lost 12 pounds and 22 inches. Since then, I've moved on to her 90 day Body Revolution program. I've lost a total of 60 pounds and have not stepped one foot in the gym. My profile picture shows a progression. Good luck with your results!

Hi! I lost all of my 60 pounds using only Jillian workouts! My first month of 30DS, I lost 12 pounds and 22 inches! I actually love her and enjoy some of the things she says (I was previously a drill Sargeant in the Army, so...) Good luck in your goals!!! sj

No one ever guesses my age...or that I am a former Drill Instructor in the Army :)
