I've lost 60 pounds just doing Jillian Michaels' videos...they are all about 30-40 minutes each day and they work!--so long as you keep your diet in check. I work out in the morning before work. Great luck with your goals!

Lost 30 pounds in a little under six months doing Jillian Michaels' workouts, 30 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week. I've also managed my portion sizes and stopped eating starchy carbs at night. I have a "spike" meal every two weeks. Good luck with your goals!

I use a Polar FT40...w/the chest strap and the computer interface. I've been using it for 9 months and really like it. I've never "checked" the accuracy, but I'm achieving results. Good luck!

I'm not worried about an eating disorder, but I am worried that I enjoy the scale and non-scale victories so much, that I won't be able to stop at my perceived goal. I love oatmeal and eat it almost every day...but, my new favorite breakfast is French toast made with egg whites, 2 slices of whole grain bread, half a sliced banana and simply fruit...yummy!!!! And very filling!

I know what you mean. When I started this journey, I thought 130 was a great goal weight. But, as my body began to change, I realized that would be too low for me...so, now it is 140...and actually, that may be lower than necessary for my goal of a six... Good luck this week!

Hi everyone! Did w/o 2 this morning...I love the even number days...I could definitely live without push ups! I am planning to also do the Six Week Six Pack as my second workout on cardio days for the first six weeks, then Killer Abs for the last six. Hope you are all having a great start to the week! sj

You mentioned that you did 30DS, move up to Ripped in 30 or start the Body Revolution...you don't need a gym or big space! I've done nothing but JM videos and I am 20 pounds heavier than my lightest weight, and wear a size smaller. Good luck!
