I'm in! I did 30DS and then half of JMBR, but got lazy and haven't done a thing for the past three weeks. Last night I decided to get off my butt and do RI30, so the timing of this group is perfect! Just did week 1, day 2 and I'm sore but feeling great!

I just started today! I was hoping to join a group for accountability purposes. I finished workout 1 and cardio 1 today, and I'm feeling pretty good. That said, I'll see what tomorrow brings!
