Weighed in today at 215 today which was encouraging. I decided to make shorter term goals for myself of 10 pounds every two months. So Sept 30th goal 212 Nov30th 202 Jan 30th 192 March 30th 182 May 30th 172 I feel like I'm starting to get into a groove of eating better. Now I need to stick with it!

I set my goals at 33 carbs, 87 fat, and 98 protein based on an online calculator I came across. I was a low on protein and a little high on the fats and carbs today. Do those goals sound reasonable?

I'm 5' 11". A few years ago when I was at 180 pounds, I felt pretty like I looked pretty darn good in a size 14. I'd be satisfied with that again but a 12 would be ideal for me.

I put the candy bar I was given at work in a coworker's mailbox. I had two fun size bars at home and sent the rest for my husband to take to work. Stayed under for the day. I'm going to pretend I don't know where my son has his little stash. I ate WAY more last year. Thank goodness we don't do potato chips for Halloween. ;)
