  • Hi...I'm 53 5'3 CW 150 GW 130 I have started regularly going back to the gym - cardio - but I'll admit, I'm not a fan of exercising. I'm looking to feel better in clothes, feel comfortable in a bathing suit and mostly lose because of a chronic back condition. Are you my twin?? Hope so! Cathy
