I was hoping to start the BodyRockTV routines today (with my healthy eating), but i have suffered a muscle spasm in my neck and cant get an appointment with physio until tomorrow - so will need to leave it to heal before doing HIIT :-( but hopefully just in time for August challenges though :-D

I would love to do this - tried it last month, started at 50 squats and couldn't walk up stairs for a week without whimpering :blushing: have been doing 30/40 a day to get used to it :happy:

i totally agree. i have a target weight, but as long as i fit into my clothes and feel confident, i dont mind if i dont reach it - as long as i am close (within 5 pounds). i was really disheartened at only losing 1 pound last week, but i had been doing loads of exercise and have lost 3.5 centimetres around my waist in 2…

realised that may have sounded offensive, it really wasnt meant to be - i just meant that my bike has crashed on rocks etc plenty of times, and been pummeled down the Alps and not a scratch! would highly recommend on-one's to anyone (maybe not the carbons though - i've heard a few horror stories from them!)

i love it when people are sarcy! the 1st night i met my other half, we spent the entire night mocking each other and being sarcastic. sooo much fun. that was 2 years ago and we're still the same (not all the time!). and i know he's the man of my dreams :smooched: :blushing:

also... at work, we have an AMAZING chef, who cooks DELICIOUS desserts EVERY day! I've started taking them home to my partner and not eating/wanting any for myself! :happy:

Wow! great progress. Well done!! How long has that taken you? I dont really have any pictures at my heaviest - i was too camera shy :-/ have lost 9 pounds since i started a couple of months ago, but really just the last 2 weeks I've gotten a little obsessed with weight loss and exercise :-)

a dairy milk mint bubbly lasts 3 weeks!!! weigh in on a Friday, and i treat myself (if i have lost weight!) to a 1/3 of a 100g bar. 2 weeks in and i still have chocolate left :smile:

I'd love to join in too. only on my 2nd week and already feel like i am giving in to cravings :grumble: I'd love to be at target by October, so a 12 week push would be great to join :happy: i have 4.5 weeks to my holiday where i NEED to get into a wetsuit, so will be trying hard to lose as much as possible by then! :happy:
