  • @pamelalk, i cant speak for everyone but i know that Im most tired in the weeks that i dont work out. Like if i excercise on Sunday, i have more energy on Monday, and so im more active. Maybe just force yourself to go for a walk each night for a week and see if next week you dont feel better. dont give yourself the option…

  • Im no expert either but from what ive learned is weight lifting is usually considered an Anaerobic activity which doesnt directly result in weight loss, but it does help you burn calories faster in the long run... (not to mention, that muscle pain the next day, youre still burning calories cuz it takes energy to convert…
