Im 5'10", started out in February wanting to lose 45lbs and Im halfway there!! But losing focus these last few weeks, so im only maintaining at this point. BTW - Ill try out for your basketball team too :happy: .

I would love to have this problem :laugh: Olive oil, avocados, peanut butter, white chocolate peanut butter... yummmm. The list of healthy high cal food is endless lol Maybe try protein shakes made with whole milk and fruit - those alone can cost a few hundred cals.

I prefer yoga pants because theyre more comfortbale than gym shorts, it has nothing to do with needing attention- which is obvious because i usually look like a hot mess by the time im 10 mins into my workout :bigsmile:

cardio always decreases my appetite, but not my hunger... if its been a few hours ill know im hungry by how weak i am, not necessarily how loud my tummy is growling while eating itself :smile:

Im an omnivore, i LOVE good meat. But my BFF is a vegetarian, so there are many days when i 'accidently' find myself meatless for the day, or even a couple of days, and i still get lots of protein from veggie burgers, protein bars, eggs, etc. I have attempted to go full vegetarian once, but i caved the first time my son…

^^^ Yep, i secong this! My fav drink is a margarita made with crystal light/tequila (silver), waayyy better than any mix cuz they cause me so much heart burn and your focusing your cals on alcohol. SCORE!

Honestly, its just a good idea in every case to vent one on one to a good friend when youre unhappy at work, or even at home. Only use the internet to market yourself and your family... Always stay positive, even if you have to make it all up lol

I am 5'10" and started at 210# back in February. I was at 1200/day and ate back up to 1200/day omn days that i worked out and lost 2.5#/week for the first 4 weeks. That rocked!!! ill add you! Im not perfect and i certainly dont follow any diet with a label like clean or vegan or primal, but losing weight hasnt been too hard now that im keeping it in moderation. Its not as hard as you think, good luck!!!

Normally ill go ahead and have a taste. But if im having one of those 'could eat a horse' days, ill take a taste and then go up and down the stairs at work, or go for a walk at home. Distraction is how i avoid gluttony, but i never avoid any foods altogether :)
