I totally agree with some of the advices. Depriving yourself from stuff you love, will result in craving.. And you do not want that to happen.. Therefore, eat whatever you like, simply make sure you are within your calorie. However, I would not advice eating greasy stuff all the time though.. Once in a while, it's…

Thank you for the tips.. I started few months back.. It seems I have no control over my food intake.. :( I will surely try the gum.. coz as of right now, I wake up in the middle of the night, and have to eat.. so I will definitely give it a try..
