I love the Enell brand! You can get them online, but I would recommend finding a store near you that sells them to try on and jump around in the dressing room :). A couple local running stores by me had them. They're pricy, but I've had mine for years and they're fantastic. I'm a 36/40-DDD ish.

I love the fitnessblender.com videos. They're free! You can search for workouts based on length of time and type of workout and equipment needed. They have hundreds to choose from - many are 30 min or less. I have a similar working-mom-schedule like yours and usually do these workouts after my kiddo is in bed.

Thank you all for posting! I came here looking for the same answer as the OP. I'm a month in to logging religiously and of course saw barely 2lb lost, while others would be on -10 by now. It's hard.
