I had a person at church tell me that I am going to blow away. I know it was meant as a compliment but I still have a BMI of 32 and have about another 40 pounds that I want to loose. Most compliments I think are well intended. I guess some people just are not sure what to say.

Walking is my favorite form of exercise. I much prefer walking outside over a treadmill though.

I lost 100 pounds with swimming and walking. I was over 400 pounds so I wanted exercises that are low impact. I then added weight training. I live near the mountains so there are some good hills nearby.

I used to be a big soda drinker. I preferred diet dr. pepper over Diet Coke. I sometimes would drink a whole six pack a day.
