I weight after a fasting day.. so probably between two or three times a week... I'm learning to recognize those days where ToM is near and my body is retaining liquids, and for that reason I've lost no weight.. Still working on it!

That's silly. I'm doing IF and I count my calories and control them in a weekly basis and I'm losing weight. The body doesn't have a calendar and doesn't "restart" every day. All changes, all calories (restriction or overeating) happen in a long time basis, not one day to another.
