Word of advice... In your non fast days you should be looking at 1500 or more calories (at least for me). I didn't really gain weight during my week long holiday in Spain, mostly because I basically shared all plates with my sister (asked for a starter to share, main dish to share and dessert with two spoons), this way it allowed me to try a lot of type of foods and still not overeat... US food portions are quite big…

What I barely understand of all of this: Good diet helps you with the belly fat.. If you tend to get bloated fast (I know I do!), try to avoid the food that bloats you (broccoli, bread, beer, etc) and that will help you temporally. Right now I'm in the 145 down from +150 pounds.. My goal weight is 125pounds as I feel the best when I'm in that weight (I'm 5'5). I'm considering going up if I can manage to create more muscle and not a lot of weight lost BUT going down sizes... My first goal is at 132 and I will see from there...

I log the night before or even sometimes days before (depending the day, if it's a fast day or no). And if I change, I'll be adapting the day before I eat the changes... I like having my days planned.

My favorite is still strawberries and cherries and raspberries and everything berry... I think that if you ask me, strawberries should be part of my life every single day of my life... Mangoes not as much. haha

mango is better than strawberries? It's the first time I've ever heard that.. At least in "diet" world.. I eat both.. I actually love my mango with tajin chili powder and salt and my strawberries with yogurt... I don't think I'd be able to just stop eating them... Even less during summer!
