I really doubt it to be anything stroke related. It would all be on one side of your body. Just go to the doctor and get checked out.

Wish there was some advice I could give you. I had a hernia repair in high school that I later ripped which tore my muscles apart and got worse when I tried to have my son. Yeah C-section after 43 hours. I work out in a gym just do the machines they have. I'm not able to do anything else. Good luck You seem to be on the…

You might want to look around on pinterest, they have lots of leg work outs that will help. I've followed a few and I also work out at a gym and have notice a big difference in my legs the past 2 to 3 months. One that I saved was this: 20 squats 30 lunges 40 toe touches 50 second wall sit 100 jumping jacks. Do from top to…

When I go to the gym I do a mile on the treadmill, then do 100 reps broke up in 20. Hip Adductor 40 reps on 40, 60 reps on 50. Hip abductor same reps. Ab machine (don't remember the exact name) 200 reps. 40 on 40, 100 on 50, and 60 on 60. After that, 45 minutes on the stationary bike and finish with 15 minutes on the…

I haven't heard her called plus size, but I know she wasn't todays thin. She was healthy and a normal size. I just hope I can get back down to around that size. Lol. You look great btw

Welcome! I understand where you're coming from. Coming out of high school and looking my best I was 165 170 and thin with nice curves, now after having my son and let myself eat whenever I got up to 285. I'm finally getting serious and seriously watching what I'm doing. If you'd like add me. I try my best to log everyday,…

Honestly girl make him tell you what he's saying. If he doesn't say anything then let it go. If you meant something to him he would have tried harder when whoever that was said stop texting my man. Best to let it go and if HE tries to come back and start over make it be something real not casual

You have got to find a way to get some of your negativity out. You can't turn it all in on yourself. It could be part of the reason you're not losing. You could be sabatoging yourself mentally. I can be a really negative person myself. I have about 120 pounds to lose, and I have felt terrible about myself for a long time.…

I've been easing into weights. I've hurt myself in the past and trying to take it easy so I don't over do it again. Caregiver to my disabled husband and have a 5 yr old at home. I love the gym and have upped my weights twice since starting 2 months ago.

You look awesome! I've got about 2 tires to lose. Lol. And Jeep rubicons are sexy! Lol Great job and wishing you the best on the rest of your journey

I'm almost there. Started at 285 and I'm only down 5.5 pounds in two months. You are not alone.

You look so happy! Glad for you. Keep up the great work!

I myself don't have disabilities, but I am the caregiver to my husband who lives with Multiple Sclerosis. Trying to get healthy and in better shape so that I can better care for him. Its a struggle because I'm doing my best to put weight on him while allowing our son and myself to eat a well balanced diet and not gain. I…
