I was probably 16 or 17. I'm 25 now and have a little silver all through the crown of my head.

I don't see it as cheating. I think if you've honestly tried to lose it the normal way and you haven't been able to do it then why not? I have a friend who wants to have it, but she's honestly the laziest person I know. No physical activity and always eating JUNK. She cooks but fried pork chop mac and cheese and tator tots…

I gained a little weight while on BC, but I've had friends who have gained quite a bit. You never really know for sure how your body will react to them. Just keep at it. Talk to your doctor and see what else you can change, but if you do switch BC then give it a bit and see what happens with your body then. Sorry if this…

Its a great start, but if you're expecting quick results you're going to need to hit work outs HARD. I spend 10 or more hours in the gym a week and work out moderately so I don't get hurt and have seen the inches come off in 6 weeks. Nothing that will last happens quickly except lipo.

I get 20 to thirty. I'm 25 though. Depends on how my skin is looking. When I don't get enough water or sleep it really shows.

My husband and I have been trying for 4 yrs for our second child. I haven't been to a doctor, but feel my weight is a big factor. Wanting another baby and my risk for high blood pressure, stroke, and diabetes is what is pushing me to lose the weight. I am hoping to lose about 120 lbs total. If you can get in to see a…

I've only lost like 4 pounds in two months of working out hard (3-5 a week an hour to almost 3 hrs at a time). It has been really discouraging, but I've been losing inches. I look different too! Don't give up. You'll never regret keeping at it. Keep at it! You can do it.

Only about 6 miles today. Not feeling too great.

Wasn't feeling too good so only a little more than 6 miles today. :/

Be more mindful of what you're bringing home from the store. My husband needs to gain weight and I need to lose more than 100. I'm the cook, so we are all eating healthy. I just make sure the choices I'm making are the best for everyone. I know from experience when there's sweets in the house unless I am really hard on…

I've been eating greek yogurt lately. I sometimes add cereal for a crunch.

I like it both ways. Love working out with my bestie, but I'm able to go faster when I'm alone. I only work out in the gym. I don't know if I would ever work out with someone I wasn't really close with...... Probably be awkward

Before getting pregnant I was a 38D or 36DD then to a 40DDD. I'm now in 42 F or G and have been losing some but boobs aren't budging. They are looking ridiculous though. Lol. Lost almost 8 inches off my waist and 6 off my hips. No loss in the boobs. I'm hoping soon though

Food wise high protein foods is for you. Tuna, chicken, chick peas, soy. That's where its at. You don't need to eat a ton all at once, but you can eat 4 or 5 small meals a day. Stregth training versus cardio will be best. Not saying no cardio, but be sure to eat back your calories. Wishing you the best, and also you may…

Here lately my work out buddy (who is like 160 lighter than me) can't keep up with me at the gym. I'm just as sweaty and breathing just as hard as she is, but when she wants to quit I keep going. We come in seperate cars now, so I can sign her in with me but she can go home when she's done and I'm still going

Wasn't really feeling it today. 7.55 miles

I started my period at 11. Was fairly regular till I got pregnant with my son at 19. Haven't been regular for like the past 3 years and mine have changed again since I started working out these past 2 months. You should probably get advice from a doc. He or she can give you the best answers

A little olive oil, slices of citrus and fresh herbs, close in aluminum like a package. Hubby and 5 yr old son are picky eaters but they love it
