Yes! The first time I tried it I was too lenient about eating back some of my calories earned through exercise. Still lost weight but very slowly. This time I only use my extra calories on a cheat meal here and there and I have taken my carb intake from 50 to 40ish and added more protein. It's working! I think everyone is…

I use the polar chest strap with bluetooth that goes to your phone, no watch. It is $69 at Target. I am so glad I did that because I found that MFP estimated WAY to many calories on workouts for me. I love it, it works with roadbike and runtastic which both sync to MFP.

The 60 cal double chocolate puddings, fiber one 90 cal brownies or container of dark chocolate almond milk (I think these are 110 or 120 cals) controls my cravings.
